Sometimes I just get this overwhelming sense of gratitude for my journey in this life so far. The past 6 months have been insanely magical!!! It all started in Ireland with a heart being ''put'' in my hand during a basic meditation back in March. Then, reading Eckhart's A New Earth and getting a glimpse of the I AM presence was priceless. It continued with a random Angels meditation night I went to and ever since, I've been able to channel angelic frequency sounds to heal others and myself, and to remove blocks from my body and the environment. Then (as if all this wasn't enough), I went to the amazing MBS festival in London and met so many amazing people, and got to find my life's purpose [sound healing] and got an intense energy burst. And now, moving to California and the wonders that await me there....
Which brings me to the following conclusion: damn we're lucky to live on this planet. To get the chance to feel love, and anger, and hate, and to have the opportunity to solve our problems, and raise up in vibration - especially in those challenging times of 2012. We are lucky....
Therefore, I feel compelled to share with you this website, which is doing a 30-day gratitude challenge. Every day, an exercice and optional meditation is posted for those who want to join in to the experiment. I can tell you from experience, 10 days of gratitude can change a life, let alone 30. It's the intention that counts the most, life will always reply kindly to those who give thanks for their blessings.
